HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

For domestic (USA) shipping we are proud to offer free Express Shipping:

  • We ship with USPS Express or Fedex. Average transit time: 3-8 days.

From our front door to yours - at no cost to you!

For International orders we are proud to offer Free standard worldwide shipping (average transit time: 15-30 days).

We are doing our best under difficult circumstances to ship and deliver your order quickly and safely. 

However international orders may experience significant delays (up to 5-10 business days longer). We appreciate your understanding and patience. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. This tracking number might take up 3-4 days before it updates.

I’VE JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Please allow 1 - 3 business days of processing time for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order! You must cancel your order 12 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line «CANCEL» and your name & address details in the letter. Our email address is: info@hobbyaddicted.com.

Please note: our cancellation fee is 10% (as we still have to cover costs of the payment processors companies).

 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly please notify us immediately via email at  info@hobbyaddicted.com. We can replace an incorrect entered address within 12 hours after the checkout.

 

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or arrived damaged.

 

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED 

We do ship every Calming Dog Bed with extra care and tightly packaged in a strong wrapping material. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

    - Your order number.

    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
